We were delighted with our recent stay at Hotel Okura Amsterdam - The Leading Hotels Of The World. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we especially loved the access to the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. The free snacks and beverages provided added a touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel's health spa, saunas, and pool were also a highlight, great to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel valued. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Amsterdam.

The hotel's facilities were great, from the spacious room to the excellent reception service. The parking was included in the room price, a great bonus. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet area just outside the city center with easy access to the exhibition center.
Can't think of anything.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfills all exclusive amenities needs. the rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and have a Japanese vibe, with efficient and polite service. the breakfast is fantastic, and guests can enjoy a Japanese breakfast. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers on the sun terrace are perfect for relaxation.
Sadly, the hotel lacked Christmas spirit during the festive season, and the personalised message and food gift from the patisserie was non-existent. dining reservations must be made earlier, as getting a table proved to be challenging.

The staff is well-trained with good etiquette. They congratulate guests and have helpful front desk staff. The Teppanyaki restaurant has a Japan-like feel, and the waiter is knowledgeable. The lounge has a nice view and breakfast has many choices. Recommended.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent location and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel offers access to some of the best restaurants in Amsterdam, including Michelin-rated options. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring a mix of European and Japanese dishes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a minor touch of luxury. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The bar on the 23rd floor offered breathtaking views, especially during the New Year's Eve fireworks. Umbrellas and bicycles were available, which came in handy given the unpredictable weather.
Felt lucky, no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Congress centre, making it easy to reach for those attending conferences or events. The tram or metro can take you there in just 15 minutes, or you can take a short walk from Rai station. Another great feature is the Sazanka teppanyaki restaurant, which comes highly recommended. The rooms are well-appointed, with modern amenities like a Nespresso machine and lightning-fast wifi. The staff provide wonderful service, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There was a disappointing lack of Christmas spirit during the holiday season. Despite prior correspondence, guests were not informed that the restaurants would be fully booked during Christmas, leaving them unable to enjoy a festive meal.

From the in-room breakfast to the spa lounge, everything was luxurious and exceeded our expectations. the beauty treatments and facials were amazing, and we loved the heated swimming pool with its sun terrace and sun loungers.
this was easily overlooked due to the numerous other advantages this hotel had to offer.
